Do not convert 2025 facts into 2026 claims
The official visiting page still carries a 2025 title and discusses 2025 participation figures. An organiser release for the previous edition describes co-located laboratory, biotechnology, chemical and health-innovation components and names its 2025 programme highlights. Those details are useful background, but they do not confirm the 2026 programme.
The same rule applies to participant names. A company page or exhibitor list may remain indexed after an earlier edition. Use only a directory explicitly labelled for 2026 when fixing meetings, and record the booth number only after checking the current floor plan.
Research by laboratory workflow
A technical exhibition becomes easier to navigate when the shortlist follows your laboratory workflow. Start with the decision you need to make: sample preparation, analytical measurement, quality assurance, contamination control, data management, safety, scale-up or outsourced testing.
For each target supplier, prepare comparable questions covering method compatibility, validation, calibration, service response, consumables, training and local support. A price comparison without lifecycle and compliance information can produce the wrong shortlist.

Halls 102–104 are not the same as simply arriving at the venue. Confirm the event entrance and registration counter, then use a named hall or booth as a meeting point. BITEC lists taxi drop-off areas and several road entrances, so share the precise hall information with a driver or colleague.
Handle visa support and TDAC separately
The organiser’s visiting page describes a visa-support-letter process for registered participants, but that section still refers to the 2025 event. If you need a letter for 2026, contact the organiser and obtain written confirmation of the current procedure before relying on the published turnaround time.
Thailand’s official Digital Arrival Card rules are separate. The Immigration Bureau states that non-Thai foreign nationals must submit the TDAC within three days before arrival, including the arrival date. A TDAC is not a visa, and an organiser letter does not guarantee visa approval.
