Useful event research. A clearer plan for your visit.
We bring together business events across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam, with practical information to help you decide where to go and what to prepare.
Our role
From a date in a calendar to a useful visit
B2B Convention publishes event listings, visitor guides, practical articles and supplier profiles. Our guides bring event dates, venues, registration links and planning questions into one place so visitors and exhibitors can build a relevant shortlist.
The B2B Convention team maintains this website and its research. Questions about our content or services can be sent to info@b2bconvention.com.
We are not the organiser of the events listed here. The named organiser handles official registration, tickets, programme changes and entry decisions. Following an event on our site does not register you to attend it.
Editorial approach
How we check and explain information
01 · Find the source
Start with the organiser
We use event and organiser websites, venue calendars and official announcements to check dates and locations. Directories and social posts can help us discover a show; we look for evidence tied to the correct event and edition.
02 · Check the edition
Keep one year distinct from another
A confirmed date does not mean visitor registration is open. We distinguish exhibition days from wider conference programmes and mark fees, hours or access conditions as pending when they are not confirmed.
03 · Add useful context
Explain what a visitor needs to decide
Our planning notes suggest questions to ask, things to prepare and practical considerations when choosing an event. These are editorial guidance; they are not organiser promises or claims that every event suits every business.
04 · Make checks visible
Show sources and review dates
Event guides include official links and, where available, dated research notes. A checked date refers to the information identified in that section. Details marked unconfirmed remain unconfirmed even if another part of the listing has been checked.
Our planning notes are based on published evidence. Source research is not a first-hand event review, and a listing should not be read as a personal recommendation from an attendee.
Photos, videos and earlier editions
Media is linked to its source and labelled where it shows an earlier edition. An older video gives context; it does not confirm the next edition’s speakers, exhibitors, attendance or layout. If suitable media is unavailable, a listing may have no photo or video.
Past event pages may remain available as records, with a link to a later edition when its dates are confirmed. Future dates are not inferred from an annual schedule.
Listings and services
Understand what a listing means
Organisers can submit events for review, and suppliers can submit their services. Our supplier enquiry service collects a project brief for review before an introduction. A directory listing does not establish organiser accreditation, an appointed-contractor role or a guarantee of service quality.
Supplier capabilities are attributed to the supplier’s published information. Assess the current team, relevant work, availability and written scope before appointing a provider. Any paid promotional placement should be identified as sponsored; it should not be read as an editorial recommendation.

Email the page link, the detail that needs changing and a current official source. We can use that evidence to review dates, venue information, registration links and other listing details.
