A good stand starts with a clear brief: the products you need to demonstrate, the people you want to meet and the services your space requires. Compare builders against the same scope so that price differences are meaningful.

Design and build companies to research
These companies publicly describe design and production capabilities. Use their profiles and official portfolios to assess similar projects, then confirm the exact Singapore team and proposed delivery scope.
A potential fit for a stand where custom finishes or a distinctive physical setting matter. Translate the visual concept into an agreed materials and delivery specification.
Ask: Can you review samples or mock-ups of the proposed finishes before production?
Consider this team for a brief combining spatial design with an integrated visitor experience. Ask for a trade-show reference rather than assuming a retail or attraction project is directly comparable.
Ask: Which completed exhibition projects match your footprint, build schedule and audience?
Consider a discussion when you need a custom booth with one coordinated build scope. Ask for examples comparable to your stand size, product demonstration and venue.
Ask: Which drawing revisions, materials, graphics and finishes are included in the quotation?
Send the same floor plan, dimensions, open sides, build schedule and requirements to each builder. Ask them to price a shared base scope, with optional upgrades separated. Keep a written list of exclusions.
Design
Define the experience
Specify product sizes, demonstration needs, meeting seats, storage and accessibility. Agree the number of design revisions and the point at which drawings are approved.
Production
Specify the finish
Compare materials, graphics, furniture, lighting and AV by quantity and specification. Renders alone do not establish what will be built or supplied.
On site
Allocate the extras
Record who orders power, rigging, internet, cleaning and handling where required. Agree installation, handover, show support and dismantling responsibilities.
Custom stand or supplied shell scheme?
Check the space package you bought first. A shell scheme may already include basic walls or furniture; a space-only package needs a separate build plan. The organiser’s current exhibitor manual determines what is supplied and which contractors or approvals apply.
Common planning questions
How much does a Singapore exhibition stand cost?
There is no reliable single price without a defined scope. Size, structure, finishes, services, schedule and reuse all affect a quotation. Request itemised proposals against one brief and compare the total delivered scope.
Are these approved contractors for my event?
A directory listing does not establish organiser approval. Check the current exhibitor manual for contractor registration, technical approvals and any services reserved for appointed providers.
