China Import and Export Fair Complex (Canton Fair Complex)
Phase 3 of the 140th Canton Fair brings together clothing and textiles, bags and footwear, toys and baby products, food, health products and other consumer categories. Buyers should arrive with target markets, compliance requirements and sample specifications, rather than relying only on catalogue prices. The dates here are 31 October–4 November; 28–30 October are outside both listed autumn phases.

National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai)
CIIE connects international businesses with China's import market across food, consumer goods, equipment, healthcare, vehicles and services. The overall expo runs 5–10 November, while the published overseas professional-visitor access period begins on 6 November. New overseas professional registrations closed on 20 October. SNIEC (24–27 Nov) and SWEECC (23–26 Nov)
bauma CHINA covers construction and mining machinery, components and equipment technologies. In 2026 it uses two Shanghai venues with different dates: SWEECC on 23–26 November and SNIEC on 24–27 November. Plan meetings by venue, allow transfer time and confirm where each demonstration takes place. A single visitor ticket covers both sites, but the opening and closing days are not interchangeable.

The first phase of CIFF Guangzhou focuses on home furniture, decorative products, home textiles and outdoor living. It is useful for furniture importers, retailers and interior project teams comparing collections and production partners. Prepare a room-by-room buying brief with dimensions, materials, target prices and delivery windows. Confirm the exact hall before each appointment: the official phase-one venue information includes both the Pazhou fair complex and PWTC Expo. Office furniture and manufacturing equipment belong to the later phase, not these dates.
productronica China (Shanghai)

Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC)
productronica China, presented by the local organiser as productronica Shanghai, brings together electronics production technologies and suppliers. It suits teams comparing assembly, testing and manufacturing processes rather than finished consumer electronics. Bring representative boards, components or process requirements to demonstrations, and record the conditions behind quoted throughput or defect rates. It takes place in March; electronica China's components-focused event follows in April and needs a separate trip plan.
CIFF Guangzhou — Office & Commercial Space

China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex
CIFF Guangzhou's second phase covers office and commercial furniture alongside CIFM/interzum guangzhou's machinery, hardware and materials offering. Plan separate meeting groups for finished furniture and manufacturing inputs. Workplace buyers can compare ergonomics, modularity and maintenance; manufacturers can investigate production capacity and material compatibility. Bring specifications for the intended building or production line so suppliers can explain what needs testing before an order. This phase opens after the home-furniture phase has ended.

Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao'an)
CHINAPLAS brings plastics and rubber materials, machinery and processing technologies to Shenzhen in April 2027. The Bao'an venue is important when planning accommodation and transport. Match your visit to a production challenge, such as recyclate consistency, tooling, cycle time or energy use. Ask suppliers for trial conditions and application evidence, and verify that any exhibitor list you use refers to 2027 rather than the previous Shanghai edition.

Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC)
electronica China focuses on electronic components, systems and applications. Design engineers and buyers can use it to compare technical options while discussing availability and supply continuity with potential partners. Prepare electrical, thermal and environmental requirements, then ask how proposed parts will be qualified for the intended product. Check whether a contact is the manufacturer or an authorised distribution partner. This April event is separate from the March productronica manufacturing exhibition.

Auto Shanghai is a major international vehicle and automotive technology exhibition. This visitor listing starts on 25 April, when professional visitors can attend; 23–24 April are media-only days. Public access follows from 27 April to 2 May. Use the trade days for pre-arranged business conversations and the wider exhibition to compare product positioning and mobility technologies. The venue is NECC in western Shanghai, so check the correct entrance and allow time for its large hall layout.

SIAL Shanghai brings food and beverage sourcing to SNIEC in May 2027. Plan your shortlist around product category, shelf life, packaging and distribution requirements. The organiser had announced the dates but marked visitor registration temporarily closed when checked; its 2026 exhibitor directory is background research, not confirmation of 2027 participants.

CPHI & PMEC China connects pharmaceutical ingredients, development services and manufacturing equipment suppliers. The 2027 edition moves to the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai; old SNIEC travel instructions are not suitable for this trip.
