Featured placements

Featured promotion provides 30 days of labelled placement in the Featured section of the event directory. Your event is shown when the visitor’s country, industry, keyword and date filters match it. Space is shared with other promoted events; this is not an exclusive position.

The period begins on your preferred start date or when payment is confirmed, whichever is later. It must finish before the event ends. Your workspace shows the actual start and end times. Placement ends automatically. Pausing a campaign does not extend its end date.

Approval and payment

Requests are reviewed for organiser authority and event accuracy. Approval is not payment. The one-time price is shown before checkout; PayPal confirms payment before a placement activates. There is no automatic renewal. Custom campaigns require a separate agreed scope and quote.

Results and reporting

We report measured impressions, event-page visits and registration-link clicks from visitors who allow analytics. These figures are not completed ticket sales or registrations. Traffic, leads and search rankings are not guaranteed. Paying for promotion does not change the event’s verification status.

Changes, cancellations and payment issues

Contact info@b2bconvention.com with your promotion number before changing or cancelling a campaign. Refunds and delivery issues need a staff review; the workspace does not automatically issue refunds. A refund, reversed payment or dispute pauses the placement for review. Existing payment-provider and applicable consumer rights are unaffected.

Privacy

Keep your private workspace link secure. It provides access to your promotion and report. Audience email addresses are not included. See our privacy policy.
